Thank you for choosing as your domain and hosting provider. Following is our refund policy for the domain and hosting services that must be followed strictly.

Use your primary email to submit all requests for refund with valid reason/justification. Our support will respond to the customer’s needs positively to meet their requirements, correct any issues and satisfy the customer.

If you are using multiple hosting accounts with us and want to refund for only one account, the refund amount cannot be transferred to any other of your accounts.


Refund can only be made in the first month of our services; we will refund you the yearly fee minus the first month of hosting at the monthly rate of your chosen hosting package. Refund is carried out at customer’s expense.


Refund cannot be made for a domain because we have already paid the yearly cost for it. However, all details of the domain and support should be provided to transfer your domain.

MODIFICATIONS reserves the right to modify the present refund policy at any time without any prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to check our website for any changes and modifications to the present refund policy.
