Billing and Payment
Customers are liable to provide correct and complete payment information and ensure all invoices are paid on time.
Currently, we accept payment through Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, and Easypaisa. Detail will be provided once the order is made. At this time we only bill annually.
Account Setup and Ownership
After verification of payment, your account will be created and details will be shared on the email from which the order has made. The email account will be titled as authorized owner of domain and hosting.
Bandwidth Usage
When your hosting bandwidth exceeds the limit of your package, we offer free bandwidth increase up to 1 GB. But if you need more than 1GB, you can upgrade your hosting package by paying the difference of new package.
Free Domain Offer
Only .com, .net or .org is free wherever free domain is mentioned except for our Pakistani Package in which you can have .pk or .com.pk domain for free with the hosting.
Free WordPress Services
Free WordPress services include WordPress installation, theme setup and must have plugin. Furthermore, to solve everyday issues customers can submit a question in WordPress support which will be answered within 24 hours.
SSL Support
Currently, we provide free SSL service with our hosting package although we do not guarantee how long it will be available for free as it is a third-party service. However, if free SSL service is no longer available, then you can buy paid SSL service through us.
Domain Payment
Once a domain is registered or renewed no refund will be given as stated in our AUP. However, you can renew your domain by emailing us and paying the invoice.
Notices may be served for domain renewal as a gentle reminder, but we are not liable to send you a reminder for renewing.
Refund Eligibility
Refund will be provided according to our Refund Policy if the request is made within 30 days of our services. After that, no any refund request will be entertained and accounts suspended due to the content or AUP violation are not eligible for refund.
Price Change
We reserve the right to change prices or the annual payment amount at any time. However, a notice will be served with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change
Discounts
Wphost.pk may offer discounts at certain times. All discounts are only valid for initial purchase and do not affect the renewal price.
Backups and Data Loss
Your usage of our services is at your own risk. We do not backup customers account. You should not rely on us for backup. It is solely your responsibility to maintain backups. We are not responsible for any file and data loss.
We provide quality services however any mechanical failure or migrating and upgrading server might have a probability of data loss, so we advise to timely customer backup its website data, emails, resources, etc.
Security Monitoring
We take the security of our server very seriously. To ensure server security, data integrity, and privacy, we keep monitoring our servers.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We might change, add, or delete our terms or conditions at any time. All changes will be updated on our official website, and it is your responsibility to keep checking our terms and conditions for updates.

We are not responsible for any damages to individuals, institutes and business entities. We do not warrant any kind, expressed or imposed for the services and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any specific purpose, including loss of data, delay times, delivery failures, wrong deliveries, and any services interruptions caused by us.
